When MT onroad starts a service case, the service provider receives a financial guarantee from us. Depending on the case, this guarantee can amount to several thousand euros.

Without prepayment, MT onroad would carry the end customer’s payment risk and would still have to pay the provider even if the customer does not pay after the work is completed. That is why we generally work with prepayment for international customers.

If an accepted service or assistance card with payment guarantee is available, for example DKV, the case can be checked and started without classic prepayment.

Price and conditions are confirmed before dispatch. Any additional work is explained and carried out only after approval.

No. MT onroad works without subscriptions or memberships.

You only pay for the specific service case when assistance is actually needed on the road.

For a quote, we need the case details as accurately as possible: location, vehicle type, license plate, damage description and photos.

For tyre breakdowns, we also need tyre size, axle, side and information on whether a spare wheel is available.

This depends on location, traffic, time of day, the type of damage and the availability of the right service provider.

MT onroad gives a realistic time window and informs you if anything changes. In many cases, you should expect about 90–120 minutes. The actual arrival time may vary depending on the situation.

Additional work is not simply added to the invoice.

If further work is needed on site, MT onroad explains the situation, states the additional costs and waits for the customer’s approval.

Yes. MT onroad helps with communication with German service providers, workshops, police, motorway authorities or control authorities when it is necessary for the case.

This is especially important in dangerous locations, during inspections or when the driver is not confident in the language.

After completion, we check the status and document the case.

The relevant information is available for invoicing, dispatch or accounting. If needed, the key details remain traceable in the case history.

If another breakdown happens later in Germany or Austria, you do not have to search for help again.

The contact is immediately available, communication can start faster and previous company or case information can be matched more easily.

For German companies, MT onroad checks the company’s payment reliability before accepting the case.

If the company has a stable payment profile, work by invoice may be possible. If the payment risk is unclear or increased, MT onroad may require a deposit before dispatch, followed by recalculation after the partner service has completed the work and issued the final invoice.
