Truck tyre replacement 385/55 R22.5 in Ortenberg-Bleichenbach

On 19 June, the driver of a truck contacted the MT onroad dispatch team to arrange the replacement of the right-hand 385/55 R22.5 tyre on the steer axle. The truck was in Bleichenbach, part of the town of Ortenberg in Hesse, Germany. By the time we spoke with the service provider, the technician was already close to the location, so we told the driver that the technician was only a few minutes away. Within five minutes, the driver confirmed that the mobile service team was on site.

The technician replaced the right-hand steer axle tyre with a new Goodyear 385/55 R22.5. Once the work was completed, the driver told us that everything had been done and that he was satisfied with the result. The customer later left a Google review for MT onroad.
